Return Policy

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not charge any return fees as we know the value of money.

  • For return, you have to contact us through our Contact Us page or drop a message to us on our What's app.

Replace Policy

  • Barely, Customers replace their order as we provide premium quality products as well as an accurate size chart.

  • Still, If a customer wants to replace his/her product we provide an easy replacement policy.

  • We believe in every customer as well as our every teammate, so we hope every product(s) we shipped or will ship is/are not damaged and accepting the same while we receive replace parcel.

  • We do not charge any shipping cost here, the same as the return policy.

Refund Policy

  • The TSHRT is in the market because of its loyalty to its customers. We provide the fastest refund of 24 hours to our customers.

  • Customers get their refund within 24 hours after we receive and inspect the product. (sometimes we receive damaged products still we make our customers happy).

  • A refund is issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your ‘The TSHRT’ account should match the name of the bank account holder.
